Returns and Exchanges
Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to provide you with complete confidence in your purchase from our store. All our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. We also offer exchanges for items that differ from what was ordered.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or that differs from your order, please follow these steps to request an exchange:
- Contact us with your order number, the product to be exchanged, and details about the defect or issue.
- Once we receive your email, our quality assurance team will review your request. Approval from this team is necessary before processing an exchange.
- After the review, we will contact you with the results and the next steps.
**Options for resolution:**
- Receive a refund for the amount paid.
- Get a replacement product identical to the one ordered.
- Choose a similar product of equal value.
- Receive a coupon for future purchases equivalent to the product's value.
**Conditions:**
- Requests for exchanges must be made within 90 days of receiving the product.
- Claims will be evaluated within 7 business days. If approved, we will proceed with your chosen resolution.
- Products returned without prior communication, outside the allowed timeframe, or missing original labels or invoices will not be eligible for exchange or refund and will be returned to the sender.
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
