If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make the return and refund process as simple as possible.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery of your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or with minimal use that does not compromise its resale, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@found4you.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is defective/incorrect.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, Found4You Store will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to report any defect or incorrect item.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at contact@found4you.store within the specified timeframe.
