Returns & Refunds Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery (right of withdrawal – Consumer Rights Act 2015 / EU Consumer Directive).

Eligible cases: defective products, items different from the order, or withdrawal.

Options: refund, replacement with identical product, store credit.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

Requests must be sent to contact@found4you.store with the order number.

Returns without prior communication or outside the timeframe will not be accepted.
