We offer FREE shipping for all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand or holidays, processing time may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Times

Due to our direct-from-supplier shipping model, delivery times may vary. The estimated average delivery time is 5 to 15 business days from the shipping date. Please note that these are only estimated times and delays may occur due to external factors such as customs clearance or weather conditions.

3. Import Duties and Customs Fees

Please be aware that, depending on your location and order value, import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply upon delivery. These fees are not covered by Found4You Store and are the responsibility of the customer. We will not refund these amounts. We advise you to check your country's import policies before placing an order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number may take 24 to 48 hours to become active in the carrier's system. You can track the status of your order via the link provided in the email or by visiting the "Track Order" section on our website.

5. Incorrect Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to inaccurate information provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
